Letter 23:: 3/11/2013

Well hello there. How are you all?It sounds like all is going well. I heard it is getting warm there. Better start working on that boat :) haha just kidding. I would be totally okay if you all didnt even use that while I am gone. Hope all is going well tho with school and work and everything else that is going on. How are the brothers doing. Cam, adam, aaron, Braden, wives and children. I havent heard a lot about what is going on with them. I would love too ;)

So you went to Chase and Paiges wedding huh, that sounds like it was cool. I liked what you told me about what the sealer said. I makes me want to do even better now to add oil to my lamp.:) I decided awhile ago that sealers are my favorite people ever. Anyways I got therewedding invitation in the mail this week. It was kind of funny because I told all my district I got a Dear John and that was the wedding invitation to her wedding. They all flipped out for a short second.

Well this week was stressful. I will just tell you that..we moved our house and a house for a senior missionary. And it was crazy we still arent all the way moved in. I love our new house now. It is right in the center of Passaic kind of close to our church. It is a little smaller than our last apartment but it is nicer. I like it. But the thing is, that I could also be moving next week too. The end of the transfer is next week and there is a possibility that I will be transferred to another area. I really hope not because I love it in Passaic but I also know that If I get sent somewhere else I will grow to love it too.

 My new address is 414 Lafayette, Passaic NJ 07055 but if anyone issending me anything I would say send it to the mission office se either way I willl get that next week at transfer conference whether I move or stay in Passaic. that is the safest for the next couple of weeks.

 So we only had 1 baptism yesterday, Dayanara was not ready and neither was the other man we were going to baptize. But we baptized Ingrid, who is the daughter of the Bravos. The Bravos are the best family by the way. they feed us some tasty mexcian food evertime we go over. I love it but also they have three kids and when we teach them it reminds me of hanging out with my neices and nephews. Anyways two of there kids were baptized and we taught Ingrid because she was now 9 years old so she was an investigator. Her dad baptized them and I had the opportunity to confirm Ingrid. It was a really cool experience to give her the spirit and to give her a blessing that I know was directed by the spirit because it was in spanish and I know that is the only way I knew what to say to her specefically.

 Tell debra thanks for the comment. It is hard but I am learning how to be more humble and to learn from my companion. But I can already notice that I have grown and that is a good feeling.

 Thanks for your thought, and that is definately something that I will work on. I am soo excited because next week Elder Christopherson And Elder Tad Callister are coming to our mission and we get to have a private conference with them. The other day we were teaching about prophets, why they are necessary. And I just want to share that I know we have living Prophets and Apostles today who lead and guide this church they are special witnesses of Jesus Christ and help us now how to return to him. We are so blessed to have them. :)

  Well got to go, Love you Elder Boyer

And, a picture I forgot to add a while back of when Tanner left to New Jersey in the airport::
